Select this option for one individual membership.

Step 2

If you have already paid, check the box below to open the membership form.

I have already completed my membership payment.

Have your contact information ready.
Choose either Family Membership ($31) or Individual Membership ($21).
Complete payment in Square, then continue to the membership form.
If you prefer paper forms, a printable membership form is still available in Resources.
